| Andy Phipps
serves as the Treasurer of the National Alliance for Accessible
Golf. He is currently enrolled in the MBA program at the Kellogg
School of Business at Northwestern University. Phipps graduated
from Vanderbilt University in 2000 with a degree in Communication
Studies. While at Vanderbilt, Phipps was a four-year member,
two-year captain of the men’s varsity golf team. Throughout
college Phipps was very involved with community service, highlighted
by his involvement with assisting in the introduction of a
golf program at Tennessee School for the Blind. Following
graduation, Phipps worked at the USGA Grants and Fellowship
office for three years. During this time, he managed the operation
of the Resource Center for Individuals with Disabilities.
