| In support of enabling the Foundation to travel more extensively to regional deaf golf tournaments where the AD GF will conduct instructional clinics. |

| This matching grant supports a program that provides instruction to deaf golfers in the Silicon Valley area. Approximately 75 participants per year will attend the classes which are taught in sign language. This service will help attract more deaf individuals to the game of golf. USGA funds will be used for instruction and range access fees. |

| This grant supports a 10-week golf program for persons with disabilities. Grant funds help cover golf professional fees as well as equipment and supplies. 20 participants take part in the program. The program consists of one session per week and includes instruction on the fundamentals of the game and the Rules of Golf, as well as actual course play. |

| This grant supports the purchase of accessible golf carts for the City's Adaptive Golf Program. The weekly lesson program reaches 25 youths and 25 adults annually. The single rider accessible carts will allow individuals with disabilities to achieve an enhanced golf experience. |

| This grant is in support of a three-fold golf program for individuals with disabilities. The program offers two-day training courses, introductory clinics and 12-week instructional courses. Specifically, grants funds will support instruction, equipment and scholarships. |

| This grant will support the Fore Golf Program which offers clinics to disabled individuals in the Sacramento area. Specifically, USGA grant funds will be used toward instruction, access, equipment, and scholarships. |

| This grant supports a program that provides PGA instruction to individuals with disabilities and encourages the use of golf as a rehabilitative tool. Approximately 100 recently injured or disabled individuals are expected to participate. The University of Utah is also collecting data on participant outcomes to analyze the effectiveness of the program. USGA funds will be used for instruction, range access, scholarships, and data collection and analysis. |

Approximately 100 recently disabled individuals of all ages participate in the program each year to increase their mobility and learn basic golf skills. | This entirely volunteer-operated golf course offers weekly clinics and lessons, largely for veterans and active duty military personnel with disabilities. Participants come from the nearby army hospitals and include a battalion of Wounded Warriors. |

| This grant supports adaptive golf programming for individuals with disabilities offered by the Wilsonville Community Center. The program will target senior citizens and will include victims of strokes, diabetic neuropathy, hip replacements, spinal cord injuries, and cerebral palsy. The program will provide ongoing clinics, lessons, and outings to 120 individuals with disabilities from the Wilsonville area. |

| This two-year grant supports Metro Parks Foundation's (MPF) Options Golf Program for individuals with disabilities. This program will serve 46 adults from the surrounding region on a year-round basis. |

| This grant supports a program that will provide the recreational opportunity to learn golf and grow from the game in a community setting to approximately 30 individuals with disabilities in 2008. |

| This grant supports the adaptive golf programming for individuals with disabilities in the Santa Barbara area. The program offers one-on-one instruction to aproximately 40 in-patients and out-patients of the Rehabilitation Institute. USGA funds will support instruction, transportation, equipment, and scholarships. |

| This grant supports The First Tee of Greater Sacramento's California Eagles program. California Eagles provides golf programming to 120 individuals with a variety of disabilities, including Down's syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, autism, and vision and hearing impairment. USGA funds will assist with the expansion of this program to eight sites in the Sacramento area and will support instruction, range and course access, equipment, and golf cart fees. |

| This grant supports the growth of the San Gabriel Region Golf Program. The program will reach twenty Special Olympians and their Unified Partners from March until June of 2006, which is twice the number served in 2005. USGA funds will be used for course access, range access, instruction, equipment, and transportation. |

| The grant supports the expansion of junior programming for individuals with disabilities held at the Children's Course. The Children's Course is a nine-hole, par-3 course for people of all ages. The facility has partnerships with over 60 different schools and agencies. As a result, the program offers nearly 10,000 lessons per year to more than 3,000 youths in the Portland area. |

| This grant is in support of a junior golf initiative spearheaded by the United Cerebral Palsy of Utica. UCP recruits urban youth and children with disabilities to participate in this junior golf program operated by the City of Utica. The grant funds transportation, instruction, range access, clubs and adaptive equipment for disabled golfers. |
